Hi! I'm Marielle, 21 years of age, born and raised in the Philippines but now residing in Canada. I have lots of interests- some of which I have half- heartedly pursued, or boldly plunged myself into but have not followed through. My mom (and my horoscope, LOL) once said that I'm good at starting things or ideas but not at finishing them.
At work, I'm actually an organized individual with serious follow through, but that might be the only exception. See at some point in my life I wanted to be a cheerleader but I shied away from the opportunity. I also wanted to be in theater but lacked perseverance to be good enough. Aaand I also once was interested in photography, wanted to buy a fancy schmancy camera, and realized months later that I don't even want to take photos at gatherings anymore. I once played the piano (quite terribly) and someday I hope to learn how to play the guitar. At this point, only time will tell which class I'd take first.
So hopefully, this blog will be my companion throughout all the things I would be trying, as well as a repository for all other odds and ends. I really look forward to faithfully keeping it updated and sharing random things with everyone who would be dropping by my site.
P.S. They say you can never dream too big, so I might as well write it here. Maybe one day I'll be famous for some talent I'd discover in the future, or maybe I will ~empower~ others to be more adventurous. Yeah? LOL, we'll see.
I always wanted to dance professionally. but alas, a lot of coordination and motor skills were not bestowed upon me.
ReplyDeleteI don't know whatever gave me the impression that you love to dance and that you're great at it. Because now that I think about it I don't recall ever seeing you dance, to begin with!
